How does tenant isolation work?
Each MSSP client is provisioned with a separate database schema within CISOteria’s multi-tenant architecture. No data is shared between client schemas - including risk entries, user accounts, compliance evidence, and task data. The MSSP console provides a cross-tenant view of read-only aggregated metrics, while every drill-down operates within the individual client’s isolated schema.
Can clients access their own environment?
Yes. Each client can be given login access to their own tenant, where they see only their own data. The MSSP configures what the client can view and edit, and what remains managed exclusively by the MSSP. This enables a collaborative service model in which clients provide inputs while the MSSP manages the program.
How do I handle clients at different maturity levels?
Service templates define the scope of each client's environment - which modules are active, which frameworks are tracked, and which recurring activities are scheduled. A Tier 1 client and a Tier 3 client have different templates. The MSSP management console shows a maturity indicator per client.
